A great toddy for cold days. Serve it after skiing or at Christmas time.
Ingredients: (two cups)
6 cl brandy
4 cl Cointreau
3 cinnamon sticks (or a teaspoon of ground cinnamon)
150 grams of Blueberries (Use extract if you cant find them fresh)
Zest of a lemon
3 table spoons sugar
40 cl tap water
Dissolve sugar in pot with water over heat. Muddle in the blueberries and the lemon zest. Add cinnamon sticks.
Keep over heat for 10-15 minutes – Don’t boil the crap out of it, but keep it at low heat.
Ad in brandy and Cointreau, and don’t let it boil. Pour up in glasses.
