A cocktail by Danish Hardeep Rehal
Ingredients:
– 5 cl Aquavit (Jubilæums Akvavit – http://www.aalborgakvavit.dk/sortiment/aalborg-jubilaeums-akvavit.aspx)
– 2 cl organic acacia honey
– 2 cl fresh lime
– 5 pcs organic sugar peas
Garnish: Grinded fresh pepper
How to:
1) Throw the sugar peas in the shaker and mash them with a muddler
2) Ad aquavit, lime and honey
3) Fill up with ice and shake – Put some effort into this to release the flavors from the sugar peas
4) Pour into glass – remember to use a strainer to get rid of pieces from the sugar peas
5) Ad a twist of grinded fresh pepper on top
